Apple recently signed up the rights to patent applications which can convert text to speech and vice versa on the iPhone.
The idea of the application is considered useful in conditions of use and much too loud noise, or in the context of the user can not speak too large, such as in meetings.

Accordingly, in cases where the environment is too noisy, the iPhone application will automatically convert speech into text. This feature is also useful in case the message editor. Users can edit in word, the iPhone will be converted into text, if required can send messages as text or as a converted speech.
