Home Draw for Kenny Miller as he stands to break even on green mansion after Turkey switch

SCOTLAND striker Kenny Miller has put his stunning eco home on the market - but he won't make a penny on his s800k pad.
The former Rangers and Celtic star will miss out on a financial killing on the property as it is being sold at the same price he paid for it two years ago.
Miller, now playing for Turkish side Bursaspor, had the ultra-modern pad in Larkhall, Lanarkshire, constructed by specialist designers in Austria before it was shipped to the UK.
Described by Edinburgh-based estate agents McEwan Fraser Legal as one of the "highest-quality contemporary homes ever to be constructed in Scotland", it has five bedrooms, a home cinema and a gym.
Made of timber and glass, it also has a hi-tech sound system which allows you to listen to music in any room, an en-suite wet room, a large balcony and a pool table.
Miller, 31, has set up home in Turkey with wife Laura, 22, and one-year-old daughter Sloane after leaving Rangers to sign a s50,000-a-week deal in January.
But he is keen to still have a base in Scotland and has reserved a s400,000 plot of land a few miles away overlooking the River Clyde in Bothwell.
He plans to build a s1million house at the site. It will form part of an exclusive gated development of 10 new homes in the town, which is popular with footballers and businessmen.
A source said: "Kenny and Laura thought of the prefab as their dream home and planned to live there for many years.
"But when the move to Turkey came up, they decided to up sticks because of the huge amount of money on offer.
"It was a wrench for them to put it up for sale but they are not going to be in Scotland much over the next couple of years so thought the time was right. It is a super-cool house with beautiful views over the Clyde Valley.
"Kenny is planning to build a new home in Bothwell. He was keen to snap up one of the plots as soon as they came on the market.
"Only very wealthy people will live there so privacy is a big factor."
Building work on the new house is expected to begin later this year after planning permission was granted by South Lanarkshire Council.
Miller's agent Dave Baldwin said: "Kenny is not coming back to Scotland. He has two years of his contract left. Maybe he just wants to maintain a base here."
