I swear, when Hal Jordan was reborn it was all I ever wanted to talk about, but most people just looked at me like I was crazy. I couldn't believe that nobody had heard that he was reborn let alone who he was at all. Philistines! They're all Philistines!
Perhaps you have been in comparable circumstances. There's a pretty big chance that no one you know has interest in any comics.
