Top 20 richest: Which chefs brought home the bacon?

How much money do chefs make?
TheDailyMeal.com quotes a top U.S. trade magazine which says that the average annual income for an executive chef at a standalone restaurant in 2010 was $71,063.
But you can bet Anthony Bourdain, pictured here, makes much more than that. Because when chefs have numerous restaurants, TV shows, cookbooks, cookware lines and can command big appearance fees, the bucks add up fast.
Using figures from a number of sources including the Orbis International Financial Database and previous salary estimates from Forbes, the Wall Street Journal and several trade publications, The DailyMeal.com has come up with this list of the top 20 earning chefs in the U.S. Though the chefs are ranked in order of income, in most cases there is no actual dollar amount given.
